most plastic pollution thrown onto the floor end up in the ocean which can cause death of sea life. Turtles are the main subject of this type of pollution.

another con is they aren't bio degradable, so they will take years to decomposed and it being made of oils and coal only damages it once it does decay.

the pros

some plastics are bio degradable, made from natural oils like sunflower or olive oil and aren't harmful for the environment, They decompose much faster than regular plastic.
